J\u00e1 na 2\u00aa Regi\u00e3o Fiscal, que \u00e9 composta pelos estados do Acre, Amap\u00e1, Amazonas, Par\u00e1, Rond\u00f4nia e Roraima, 971.641 contribuintes cumpriram a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Tem multa se entregar depois do prazo?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Receita Federal cobra multa de quem est\u00e1 obrigada a entregar a declara\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o fizer at\u00e9 o fim do prazo. O valor da multa \u00e9 de 1% ao m\u00eas, sobre o valor do imposto de renda devido, limitado a 20% do valor do imposto de renda. O valor m\u00ednimo da multa \u00e9 de R$ 165,74.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A multa \u00e9 gerada no momento da entrega da declara\u00e7\u00e3o e a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o de lan\u00e7amento fica junto com o recibo de entrega. Voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 30 (trinta) dias para pagar a multa. Ap\u00f3s este prazo, come\u00e7am a correr juros de mora (taxa Selic).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O DARF da multa pode ser emitida pelo programa do imposto de renda ou pelo e-CAC, na op\u00e7\u00e3o Meu Imposto de Renda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para as declara\u00e7\u00f5es com direito \u00e0 restitui\u00e7\u00e3o, se a multa n\u00e3o for paga dentro do vencimento, ela ser\u00e1 deduzida (descontada), com os respectivos acr\u00e9scimos legais (juros), do valor do imposto a ser restitu\u00eddo.
