Os flagrantes ocorreram entre os quil\u00f4metros 115 e 124 da BR-364, na capital acreana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No final da manh\u00e3, da ter\u00e7a-feira (16), em fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es distintas, dois caminh\u00f5es foram parados, na Unidade Operacional da PRF no bairro Santa Cec\u00edlia. Ambos transportavam quantidade de madeira diferente do que constava no Documento de Origem Florestal (DOF).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O primeiro motorista tinha autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para transportar 12,46 m\u00b3, por\u00e9m os policiais mediram a quantia de 16,7 m\u00b3 de madeira. O outro apresentou DOF para 12,45 m\u00b3 de madeira, no entanto, transportava 17,62 m\u00b3 do produto ambiental. Ambos os excessos tornam os respectivos DOF\u2019s inv\u00e1lidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A terceira apreens\u00e3o de madeira aconteceu na madrugada desta quarta-feira (17). Dessa vez, a abordagem foi nas proximidades da Corrente, onde outro caminh\u00e3o foi parado e o motorista transportava a carga sem a licen\u00e7a espec\u00edfica. Ao proceder a medi\u00e7\u00e3o, os PRFs aferiram 6,2 m\u00b3 de madeira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diante dos fatos, todos os motoristas assinaram o Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorr\u00eancia (TCO), relativo a cada caso, comprometendo-se a comparecer em ju\u00edzo.
