Os ve\u00edculos s\u00e3o ilegais e t\u00eam sido alvo de opera\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas nas \u00faltimas semanas em v\u00e1rios pontos da capital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essas bicicletas s\u00e3o, na maioria das vezes, <\/span><b>adulteradas com motores de ro\u00e7adeira<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, circulam sem qualquer tipo de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e <\/span><b>n\u00e3o se enquadram nas normas de tr\u00e2nsito<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, conforme o <\/span><b>C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro (CTB)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A condu\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos n\u00e3o registrados ou licenciados configura <\/span><b>infra\u00e7\u00e3o grave<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, com previs\u00e3o de <\/span><b>multa e reten\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segundo o superintendente da RBTrans, <\/span><b>Clendes Vilas Boas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a pr\u00e1tica tem gerado <\/span><b>transtornos graves<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, especialmente pelo barulho excessivo, e j\u00e1 foi respons\u00e1vel at\u00e9 por <\/span><b>acidentes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, como o atropelamento recente de uma crian\u00e7a em Rio Branco.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAl\u00e9m do barulho, essas bicicletas s\u00e3o usadas por jovens para manobras perigosas, como o grau. Isso coloca em risco pedestres, principalmente <\/span><b>idosos e pessoas autistas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que t\u00eam maior sensibilidade ao ru\u00eddo.
