A C\u00e2mara dos Deputados analisa a proposta, que altera a <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.camara.leg.br\/legin\/fed\/lei\/1998\/lei-9605-12-fevereiro-1998-365397-norma-pl.html\">Lei de Crimes Ambientais<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cH\u00e1 casos de abuso e maus-tratos em que animais s\u00e3o mantidos acorrentados, sem mobilidade e muitas vezes sem \u00e1gua ou comida. A corrente, mais uma vez, impossibilita a fuga do animal, que \u00e9 subjugado a tratamento de tortura, muitas vezes at\u00e9 a morte\u201d, afirma o autor, deputado Delegado Matheus Laiola (Uni\u00e3o-PR).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ele ressalta que o acorrentamento aumenta o risco de morte para os animais em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de emerg\u00eancia, como desastres naturais, inc\u00eandios e acidentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pr\u00f3ximos passos<\/strong><br \/>\nA proposta ser\u00e1 analisada pelas comiss\u00f5es de Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel; e de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a e de Cidadania, seguindo depois para vota\u00e7\u00e3o no Plen\u00e1rio.
