Carlos Henrique estava na Unidade de Recolhimento Provis\u00f3rio (URP), pavilh\u00e3o C, cela 10, quando relatou estar passando mal \u00e0s autoridades policiais presentes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento M\u00f3vel de Urg\u00eancia (Samu) foi imediatamente acionado, por\u00e9m, ao chegar ao local, os socorristas puderam apenas constatar o \u00f3bito do detento. A causa da morte est\u00e1 sob investiga\u00e7\u00e3o pela per\u00edcia, cujo laudo oficial ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio para determinar as circunst\u00e2ncias exatas do ocorrido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em um comunicado marcado pela consterna\u00e7\u00e3o, Marcos Frank Costa, presidente do Iapen\/AC, expressou condol\u00eancias aos familiares de Carlos Henrique, desejando conforto neste momento de profunda dor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nota P\u00fablica<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O governo do Estado, por meio do Instituto de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Penitenci\u00e1ria do Acre (Iapen), informa a morte do detento Carlos Henrique Lima da Rocha, de 22 anos, na noite dessa sexta-feira, 5, no Complexo Penitenci\u00e1rio de Rio Branco, na Unidade de Recolhimento Provis\u00f3rio (URP), pavilh\u00e3o C, cela 10.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O detento relatou aos policiais que estava se sentindo mal.
