{"id":116,"date":"2013-07-02T19:12:18","date_gmt":"2013-07-02T19:12:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abarevegan.com.br\/index.php\/2013\/07\/02\/presidente-do-tj-anuncia-para-segunda-feira-julgamento-de-recurso-da-telexfree\/"},"modified":"2013-07-02T19:12:18","modified_gmt":"2013-07-02T19:12:18","slug":"presidente-do-tj-anuncia-para-segunda-feira-julgamento-de-recurso-da-telexfree","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nk7-testes.com.br\/agazeta\/presidente-do-tj-anuncia-para-segunda-feira-julgamento-de-recurso-da-telexfree\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente do TJ anuncia para segunda julgamento de recurso da Telexfree"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desembargador Barros repudia excessos nas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante coletiva \u00e0 imprensa, o presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Acre, desembargador Roberto Barros, anunciou que o julgamento do caso Telexfree vai ser realizado pela 2\u00aa C\u00e2mara C\u00edvel do TJ\/AC na pr\u00f3xima segunda-feira, 08.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O desembargador Roberto Barros tamb\u00e9m comentou sobre as manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas por divulgadores da empresa na regi\u00e3o central de Rio Branco e tamb\u00e9m das amea\u00e7as de morte a ju\u00edza Tha\u00eds Khalil, que concedeu a liminar favor\u00e1vel a suspens\u00e3o das atividades da Telexfree no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O desembargador considerou que t\u00eam havido excessos por parte daqueles que t\u00eam encampado manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es contr\u00e1rias \u00e0 decis\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a de suspender as atividades da empresa, haja vista o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Estadual (MPE) ter verificado ind\u00edcios de irregularidades em sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAs pessoas precisam entender que essas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es, parte delas irregular, n\u00e3o ir\u00e3o interferir nem influenciar as decis\u00f5es judiciais. N\u00e3o se pode tolerar o fechamento de pontes e avenidas, que prejudiquem a liberdade de ir e vir das pessoas e, mais do que isso, at\u00e9 coloquem em risco a vida dos cidad\u00e3os\u201d, disse o presidente. Ele citou como exemplos o deslocamento de ambul\u00e2ncias, dos que v\u00e3o ao trabalho ou \u00e0 escola \u2013 prejudicados com os protestos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Amea\u00e7as<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O desembargador-presidente tamb\u00e9m comentou a respeito das amea\u00e7as sofridas pela ju\u00edza Tha\u00eds Khalil, em virtude de ela ter acatado o pedido do MPE para suspender as atividades da empresa. \u201cPrimeiro que as amea\u00e7as n\u00e3o ajudam em nada na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do caso.
